Hi Sharon.... Wow!!! this light lettering on the dark background works really well. Good planning. Thanks for your visit today... Love your little comment about some things really being impossible. I can imagine what it's like to try to slam a revolving door.... Hope you have a great evening and a fine Friday... Peace, Ed
Thanks Sharon. *smiles* As far as the background goes, I think you were only looking at the snow. It is actually the 4 seasons...Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter...you must be really dreading it!! xoxo
ROFL ~ Now that's a fine example of a smile maker!!!! Thank you so much, Sharon ~ How could it help be anything but good now ~~~ because no matter how it's going I can go back and look at him dancing!!!!! How I hope yours is very good too!!! Are you all drying out any up there?
Should I send a row boat???? Was so happy to see your message! If that doesn't motivate me to be productive this week off, nothing can! Bet your son and his girlfriend enjoyed that meal!!! hmmm, I am thinking left over meatloaf sounds real good for tonight ~ What time should I be there? LOL ~ Singing in the Rain ~ how perfect! Take care ~ have a good night....
Thank you!!! I don't like AC since I wake up sneezing for hours... but the fan doesn't help anymore - not with this kind of hot... :-| Wish you a grand week ahead!
OH, Sharon ~ it's Sunday ~ You are suppose to relax and enjoy yourself!!!! The bed will still be there tomorrow!!!!! It is great on a trip and that is when I like to listen to books too! That way they are not interrupted with things that come up at home! Have one now I can't wait to make a trip and listen too!!!...... Like your attitude about the next and the next and the next... Can't say you are a slow learner!!!!
Love the picture at the top of the page and the song too!!! Hugs right back to you ~ what a great way to start my day!!!
LOL... Don't worry my synapses misfire daily! You had me worried though and googling every news bulletin in Nepal LOL. Lots of political issues but nothing as exciting as fires... lots of rain though which makes me smile... :-) Who would have thought I would go on holiday to find some rain and bad weather!
I like that deck chair.... Kathmandu's on fire!???? I hope not!!!! Last I looked there were thunderstorms and it was raining cats and dogs! Exactly why I want to go there.... Back is still a problem. It goes into a spasm with very little encouragement and I am trying to keep it relaxed. Doing lots of swimming early mornings but the pool is now at body temperature so it is not very pleasant! :-)
What a beautiful ship...reminds me of my husbands bosses boat...he bought the Bounty they used in the movie and it goes all over the world..We have that one day of cool weather Sharon and it's been back up to 90...but I will never complain about the heat...I complain about the air conditioning...lol..haven't been on much just enjoying summer and have been busy...I was telling Eileen you don't realize how much time you spend on here...I have also been having trouble with my laptop and never seem to put it on to the top of my list to get looked at...It's a loose connection internally and you can play around with it and make it work for a while...until someone bumps into it..Hope you are enjoying your summer as well... :)
Your Square rigger reminds me, we are going to be visited by two this week, was to be three, but the Lynx is bypassing us to southern CA for overhaul, The replica of the Bounty, and a two masted replica of a revenue schooner from the 1840s, will stop in the bay for a couple of days, hope to get some decent pictures.
You are good!!!! It is 9:24 here!! The shaker was in the far south, did not feel it here. Thank you for the concern. And thank you for your comment on the Troop blog, I especially had your nephew in mind when thanking the other countries troops.
Sharon!!! It came to me over coffee and a bagel (never knew bagels were considered brain food but need all the help I can get!), that image between us in the picture HAS to be cupid!! That sounds much better than a seagull!! Hope your day is treating you well. Blessings.
Good Sataurday to you Sharon...have a peaceful and relaxing day..if not..then go shopping! xoxo You are not the only one with red hair. Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing
That is just too funny Sharon, that picture was taken back in Feb. and that is the first time either Linda or I noticed the seagull. Congratulations on such keen eyes!!! I had fun with it, fixed the pic but saved the original, then put the original back in with credit to you in a round about way!!! Linda wanted me to put the original back up, she thought it was hilarious that in all this time and other people seeing the pic over the months, you are the ONLY ONE who noticed that darn bird!!!
It's been rainy and cooler here lately..I don't mind...I hardly see Ashley since she's with the new guy...as long as she's happy. I talk to Van almost every day...Im keeping busy...How are things with you?
Thank you, Sharon! I am visiting my Mom and one of my sisters. I know you enjoyed your visit so much!!! Love the whole look of your page. Agree with John certainly on the pic of the boat at the top. The picture of the boys with the surf boards ~ is one of those your son? The picture I remember best of the ones I have seen of him ~ he was all bundled up because of snow! Hope your week has started out well!
