ZEST is the theme for this weeks Picture Perfect here is my photo it is about the "Zest" of a sleighride on a cold winters day, when Jack Frost nips at your nose but you don't mind because you are covered by a big thick blanket and you are laughing at the "Zest" of life !! Canon Power Shot A30 , nothing was retouched at all !!!

your horse looks quite happy with what hes doing..
and those cold cold days are invigorting to say the least lol...
interesting hooves on the horse...
l would assume they are split up the middle because of the dampness...

sharon this is a great shot and sitting here in the 90s would feel good to roll in that for a few mins and it is indeed a zesty shot and feeling in the cold

What a magnificent animal ....I've never had a real sleigh ride. It would be so amazing and yes with the right person next to you....romantic. This reminds me of when my children were small and we would hitch the horse up to the hay wagon and take all the children in the family (there were 38 at the time) Christmas caroling on Christmas Eve through the streets of my hometown. I sure wish we had digital cameras back then I don't have a single photo....thanks for reminding me of a special time in life Sharon....and giving me something to daydream about for the future....I can almost feel the icy cold wind and hear the swish of the snow and the clop of the horses hooves....
