I know zackly how you are feeling. Had another 20 cms here today... seems it is a record breaking winter all over.

That is insane! It looks like the house is getting buried. I'm always worried, too, when weather predictions speak of ice pellets! Stay warm, and think tulips. Hugs!

Didn't know you could see Mount Fuji from there, Sharon!

Its just ol man winter trying to throw as much at ya as he can before the end of the season comes... Just think only 36 more days til Spring!

Yikes!!!! That is nuts! I was looking at the "barometer" reading and it says 98% humidity. Why is it so high? Those are some mighty gusts with a nasty wind chill. We are warming up this side of the world and I am not sure I am ready for the implications in those rises in temperatures! Take care, keep that stove burning and stay warm Sharon.

Oh WOW!! Is that a drift blown up against the house, or snow that has fallen off the roof? Either way that is a lot of snow!!!!

Sharon, I can relate! Even though temperatures here during the day go a bit over 0, I sometimes feel there's been too much cold this year! We only have to bear two more weeks, they say...Hang in there!

My heart bleeds for you Sharon. I don't think I could take it - unless the wood stove was red hot all day and night. We have just finished a beautiful week of spring-like weather over here on the outskirts of London. It changed today into a cold easterly with the temperature dropping to normal for this time of year - 8degrees celcius. It was as hight as 17 last weekend. The daffodils are out in force with everything taking on a green hue. Have a warm weekend and a happy St. Valentines. God bless Mike....

Mick I can hardly beieve daffodils already ~ here they wont be out until late April or May

Pati I am hanging in ~ today was a lovely day much warmer and no snow for a change but you should see the roads, they were covered in water, all I pray that it doesnt melt all at once that would be disastrous !!

No John it is a snow drift the wind has whipped it higher there but there is an amazing amount of snow on the ground.

It's from all of the moisture in the air Eileen , it rained buckets last night ~ stragen weather eh ?

ty Connie and Neil lol @ Mount Fuji,
Red and Epist. I know you two understand both of you are my neighbours :)
AJ it's not so bad, it is kind of fun as long as it doesnt get too cold !!!
