It's raining but I don't mind, I'm inside and it's cosy and I am making soup and spaghetti sauce and on here hunting down some recipes for the men to bring in their lunchboxes when the fishing season starts, I love spring rain.

It's been raining here so hard for the last three days...today was weird, bright and sunny the first half and rainy in the afternoon! I too love the rain!:)

Rain can be very relaxing.. when sitting in front of an open fire and the rain stays outside ;)

Good that should help get rid of what is left of the snow. Hmmm... lunch food. Always a challenge to make it interesting. Do you make alot of soups. I always try to have some homemade soup in the fridge as it is very healthy and makes a good lunch. Can they take that in their lunch or is that a little difficult on the boat. Stay cozy and dry.

They keep predicting rain for here.. but it sprinkles about 10 drops and thats it.. otherwise we have had sunny days and warm temps.

Recipes for the lunch box huh? well you just might have to share one or two good ones..hehe

It's now pea soup outside , no more rain just thick dense fog !!! Further up north of us and also in Fredericton down south, they are having very bad flooding , poor people their homes are in water :(
I always have soup in the freezer I made 14 containers of it , also 14 containers of spaghetti sauce it comes in handy when you are in a hurry. My husband is a diabetic and I am baking him cookies and cakes without sugar in them , I use applesauce and sometimes Splenda .
